About the team

In 2006, our founders, Meredith and Shaw; a husband and wife team, decided to leave their corporate lives and pursue their real estate passion of investing in and designing homes. Meredith and Shaw have been Designing DC one home at a time ever since. Meredith serves as our design and finishes lead while Shaw works closely with our talented contractors to bring Meredith’s vision to life. From acquisition and demolition; to construction and staging these two; along with our contractors, are with our clients every step of the way, overseeing all aspects of the restoration process.
